Horizontal splitting machines are used to split a tile horizontally.
This machines nearly doubles the production capacity of the factory when used with ST block cutter.
For example inorder to get a 1.2cm thickness tile, you make the cutting as 3,5cm thickness from the ST block cutter and
then split that 3,5cm tile by two. Since the horizontal splitting machines are very fast compared to
ST block cutters, while taking one tile from block cutter, you can be able to double it with splitting machine.
There are several types of this machine. Most used ones are with 4 saws and
6 saws.
Maximum width of a tile that can be splitted by a machine with 4 saws is 45cm. If it has 6 saws, then you can split upto 65cm width tiles.
